Troubleshooting tips

The symbol-picture matching, sorting, public/private, and sequencing tasks require pictures to be touched/clicked and dragged to their correct position.
Labelling tasks require learners to touch the correct image.
The memory games requires learners to select two images and try to find the same, if a pair is incorrect it turns over, if it is correct the image stays on the screen. Keep matching until all pairs are found.
In seek and find explore the bathroom scene by touching different parts of the screen to hear bathroom noises and observe appropriate bathroom etiquette.
The preloaded lessons cater for Australian National Curriculum and the WA Department of Education Health curriculum for kindergarten onwards. These lessons begin with understanding emotions. For some learners Early Concepts and Foundations will be most appropriate across the lifespan.
The sexual health section is appropriate for supporting 13 year olds receiving vaccination for cervical cancer and onwards through the lifespan with public cancer screening services. The relationships, emotions, and sexual intercourse sections offer support for developing healthy, intimate relationships from mid-teens onwards.
Ensure your device has the sound switched on and turned up loud enough to hear. Click or tap on the tile when it is in the Lesson Board section.
When using a touch screen pinch the image with two fingers and expand it to the size you would like.
Click or tap on the star to the left of the lesson you want to bring to the top and refresh your page.
You can create a completely blank, new lesson by clicking or tapping on the plus symbol on the top right of the screen.
To duplicate an existing lesson, please click or tap the icon with the plus symbol to the right-hand side of the lesson on the “Choose a lesson” screen or if you are in the lesson, click or tap the icon with the plus on the top right of the screen.
From here you can update the lesson title and description of the lesson by selecting the relevant pencil icon. You can also add tiles by clicking or tapping on the blue “add titles” button and then selecting the ones you want to add. Once they have a green tick, you can click or tap the “X” in the top right to go back to the lesson.
You can also delete tiles by clicking or tapping on it, once there is no longer a green tick it will be removed.
You can add notes by switching to the “Notes” section on the right–hand side of the page.
Make sure you “Save” the lesson using the button at the top left to ensure all your changes are confirmed.
Click on the lesson name you wish to view. Use the blue arrow on the right side of the box containing the images to scroll down and see additional included images. You can click or tap to go backward using the blue arrow on the left side of the box containing the images.
Yes. For a preloaded lesson, click or tap the icon with the plus symbol to the right-hand side of the lesson on the “Choose a lesson” screen or if you are in the lesson, click or tap the icon with the plus on the top right of the screen.
For a lesson you have created, select the icon of the pencil symbol to the right-hand side of the lesson on the “Choose a lesson” screen or if you are in the lesson, click or tap on the icon of the pencil symbol on the top right of the screen. A copy of the lesson opens.
Delete images by deselecting them, or use “add tiles” button to find and add more. Click or tap on the ones you want to add and once they have a green tick, you can click or tap the “X” in the top right to go back to the lesson. You can go back and delete these by deselecting them at any time following the instructions above.

Firstly, the image you would like to add must be in your device’s picture or photo library.
You must be in a new or duplicated lesson you have created.
Click or tap to “add title” and enter the tile library. Then you can click or tap on “My tiles” from the top menu and select a tile you have already uploaded, or if you wish to upload a completely new tile, click or tap on the “add tiles” button.
Give the tile a name, and then click or tap on “Upload photo” and browse your library and then select “open” when you have found the photo you want.
Press Save once, it may take a little time to load but once it’s in your account you will see it in your image library and can click or tap on it to get the ‘green tick’ and then select the “X” in the top right to get back to the lesson.
Make sure you “Save” the lesson using the button at the top left to ensure all your changes are confirmed.
Click or tap on on the ‘No’ icon in the top right corner of the Lesson Boardto add and remove the box.
Enter the working space, click or tap on the top right menu, select ‘Blind down’. The blind will come down, click or tap on “open” to get it to lift up.
Click or tap on the lock icon in the top left-hand corner of the screen. You will be prompted to enter your password, then press Unlock.
Single images can be flicked off the top and sides of the Lesson Board or to reset all tiles click or tap on Refresh in the hamburger drop-down menu in the top right corner of your screen.
